All software, trademarks, branding, logos, source code, AI models, documentation and content remain the exclusive property of Khirugade Group Of Companies unless otherwise stated.
5. Payments & Billing
Paid subscriptions, enterprise licenses and digital services are subject to applicable pricing, taxes and billing policies. Failure to complete payments may result in suspension of services.
6. Limitation of Liability
KGC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.
7. Service Availability
We continuously improve our platforms and may modify, update or discontinue certain services without prior notice when necessary.
8. Termination
KGC reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these Terms or engage in illegal or harmful activities.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Maharashtra, India.
